Alive Ventures is a startup studio that creates and funds new brands, products, and services that help us age more joyfully, and enjoy later life. Who and What This Privacy Policy Applies to: This Privacy Policy (also the “Policy”) describes how Alive Ventures, Inc. and our affiliate entities (collectively, “Alive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, processes, stores, discloses, and protects your Personal Information (defined below). This Policy applies to Personal Information we collect both from you and from third parties, online and offline, during any written, electronic, or oral communications, in connection with the use of our website at https://www.aliveventures.co/ and any other site we or our Affiliates may operate (the “Site” or “Sites”) and any and all corresponding webpages, software applications, or mobile applications (“Apps”) that link to this Policy, including those of any of our Affiliates (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our Sites and/or Services, you consent to the collection and use of the Personal Information as described herein. If you do not feel comfortable with any part of this Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Sites and/or Services. You should also review our Terms of Service (the “Terms”), of which this Privacy Policy is a part, to understand what you are agreeing to by using our Sites and/or Services.
Entrepreneurs, Affiliates, and Business Partners. Thus, as used in this Policy, our “Affiliates” include those companies and/or brands operating within Alive Ventures as “Entrepreneurs in Residence.” Please be sure to check the privacy policies of these Entrepreneurs in Residence as well, if applicable. While this Policy applies to both Alive Venture and the Entrepreneurs in Residence with whom we partner as part of the broader Alive team, individual Affiliates might have Policies that provide you more protections (but not less than this Policy) depending upon their product and/or service.
When our Entrepreneurs in Residence leave Alive Ventures to be spun out into independent businesses, they may no longer be acting as “Affiliates” and may no longer be covered by this Privacy Policy. Upon leaving Alive Ventures, we usually consider these former-Affiliates to be “Business Partners.” To the extent your Personal Information is shared with our Business Partners, that sharing, and your ability to opt-out of it, is described herein.

If we update this Policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a “Last updated” effective date noted, and to the extent required by law we will provide you with notice on the Sites and/or Services, or via email.
